Our workplace culture
Airservices commissioned Elizabeth Broderick & Co (EB&Co) in 2019 to undertake a review into workplace culture, to better understand what we needed to do to ensure Airservices is a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace for all our people.
In May 2020, we released the report A Review of Culture at Airservices Australia, accepting and committing to the implementation of all recommendations.
In 2022, we invited EB&Co to undertake a review of our progress and provide insights into the execution of our ongoing cultural change program.
