Airservices Australia has released its Corporate Plan for 2026-27 setting out how we will continue delivering safe, efficient and environmentally responsible services while investing in the people, infrastructure and technology that will support the future of Australian aviation.
The Plan is built around five strategic priorities:
- Returning towards profitability through service excellence, cost control and sustainable pricing
- Upgrading infrastructure and delivering new services
- Transforming our culture and organisational health
- Improving service performance through technology and transformation
- Developing a skilled and adaptable workforce for the future.
The Plan also includes significant investments in major initiatives such as OneSKY, Western Sydney International Airport, ARFF NexGen, enterprise network modernisation and emerging aviation technologies. These investments will strengthen Australia’s aviation network and ensure we continue providing safe, reliable and world-class services for our customers and communities.
