Airservices is pleased to announce that we have finalised the development of a training package for Universal Communication (UNICOM) services, to contribute to enriching the value of information available to non-controlled aerodromes.

The UNICOM traffic information service is provided to enhance pilots’ situational awareness and Airservices are proud to proactively contribute to building industry capability in managing safety, risk and traffic growth at regional aerodromes.

The comprehensive suite of training materials and a facilitator guide have been provided to the Australian Airports Association as part of our ongoing commitment to promote and foster civil aviation.
