Structure in place
Strong foundations

Our cultural transformation builds on the work of Elizabeth Broderick & Co. (EB&Co). Their 2019 review and 2022 progress assessment provided critical insights into creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We have now substantially addressed all EB&Co recommendations, supported by strong leadership engagement, improved governance, and a data-driven approach. These strong foundations remain embedded in everything we do.
