Dynamic Data is available for transmission via an aeronautical fixed telecommunications network (AFTN) or direct interface. Please indicate your preferred method of accessing the Dynamic Data. In the event that you require transmission by AFTN, please provide the full AFTN address.
Is the Customer (organisation or individual) resident in Australia for tax purposes? If not, you must complete the "Confirmation of GST Treatment" form. Please note: If you do not complete the form Airservices Australia will assume that data transactions will attract GST, and you will be charged accordingly.

Payment of $960 assessment fee

If Airservices accepts your Order Form, Airservices will need to assess whether the Dynamic Data you request is able to be provided, based on the information you have provided in this Dynamic Data Order Form. Before making this assessment, Airservices will provide you with an invoice for the cost of making the assessment. The fee for an assessment is $960 (including GST) and must be paid within 20 business days of the date of the invoice in order for Airservices to progress the assessment. Should you progress to purchasing the Dynamic Data, Airservices will deduct the cost of the assessment fee from the initial invoice for the Dynamic Data. Should you not progress to purchasing the Dynamic Data or following the assessment, Airservices advises that it is unable to provide the Dynamic Data, the assessment fee will be non-refundable.

Provision of quote by Airservices and entering into a Dynamic Data Licence Agreement

Once the assessment is made, you may be provided with a quote for the provision of the Dynamic Data, as well as a copy of the Dynamic Data Licence Agreement. Alternatively, Airservices may at its absolute discretion advise that the Dynamic Data is unable to be provided. If Airservices provides a quote and it is accepted by you, you will need to sign and return to Airservices, the Dynamic Data Licence Agreement before access to Dynamic Data will be provided. Depending on your use of the Dynamic Data, additional user fees or royalties may also be payable under the Dynamic Data Licence Agreement. * You must agree to the statement above to proceed.

A copy of the Order Form and GST Form (if applicable) will be emailed to you once all forms are completed and submitted to Airservices. Note that your request may take up to three weeks for assessment and response from Airservices.
