Automatic Fire Alarm Monitoring Service
Our fire fighters have access to a fleet of modern, well-maintained vehicles. They train continuously on up to date equipment including breathing apparatus, foam dispersing equipment, paramedic equipment, fire fighting hoses and radio communications.
Connection of your building’s automatic fire alarms to our service will provide on-airport fire alarm monitoring during Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) hours of operation. For Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney airports this is a 24 hour, 7 days a week service. At other airports, after hours monitoring is transferred to agents with response provided by local fire services.
We are currently updating the automatic fire alarm equipment installed at our fire stations. This will be a rolling programme to all sites over a period of 24 months commencing in early 2008. The upgrade programme will supply new automatic fire alarm monitoring offering screen-based digital systems that are able to work with the latest automatic fire alarm equipment available
