Entry standards
To apply you must have:
- Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or hold permanent residency status in Australia
- completed a degree within the past two years (i.e. you graduated between 2011 and 2012).
The recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of:
- application
- short-listing
- online cognitive ability testing
- panel interview
- online personality assessment
- reference checks
- offer.
If you receive an offer you need to pass a medical test (including a drug and alcohol screen) and police records check before commencing employment.
What is the salary for a graduate?
All graduates will be employed under the Airservices Australia Certified Agreement. The agreement offers a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 p.a (AUD) plus 12.5 per cent superannuation.
