Office of the Chairman and Board

The role of the Office of the Chairman and Board is to:

• Facilitate Best Practice Corporate Governance
• Support Airservices Board
• Support the Airservices Chairman
• Support the Airservices Board Committees including:
  • Board Audit Committee
  • Board Safety and Environment Committee
  • Board Remuneration Committee

Section 24 of the Air Services Act 1995 provides that the Board must hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
